"Data protection is a fundamental requirement for every industrial customer working to create a safer and more productive connected workforce," said Andy Lowery, Cofounder and CEO of RealWear. "We are thrilled to have Patrick on board as our first CISO. We will continue to build security and data protection into everything we do. Patrick is the next piece of our plan to ensure RealWear is the safe, secure choice for deploying industrial hands-free wearables at a large scale."

"This is a chance of a lifetime to be a part of a movement to safely and securely connect every worker to the digital information they need at the right time and at the right place," said Patrick Neise, RealWear's new Chief Security and Information Officer.

Patrick is a retired US Navy Lieutenant Commander, serving the latter part of his career in the Information Warfare Community. Prior to that, Neise and Lowery served together as Navy Nuclear Power Engineering Officers.

"Early in our careers we worked in the Navy Nuclear Program together and I can attest to his intellect," Lowery stated. "I served on aircraft carriers and Patrick on submarines; nevertheless, he has many other redeeming qualities."
